2. Product Specs & Color Variance Disclaimer

All products displayed on InkThread Hub are manufactured as made-to-order heavyweight streetwear garments (including 240 GSM combed cotton tees and 380 GSM fleece hoodies).

Color Variance Disclaimer: We make every effort to display garment colors and screenprint artwork as accurately as possible. However, actual physical garment colors and print vibrancy may exhibit minor variations due to monitor calibration, screen brightness settings, fabric dye lots, and DTF/pigment printing processes.

3. Pricing in INR & Order Acceptance

All product prices listed on the site are stated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST taxes.

InkThread Hub reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order placed through our platform for reasons including but not limited to inventory unavailability, errors in pricing data, suspected fraudulent transactions, or unserviceable delivery locations.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All website designs, graphic illustrations, brand logos, typography layouts, product mockups, and proprietary drop assets are the exclusive Intellectual Property of InkThread Hub.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, re-distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any design asset owned by InkThread Hub without express written authorization is strictly prohibited by law.
